I am committed to helping you find, and maintain the perfect balance. It is a balance that lies in loving yourself. If this self love thing were so easy, we’d probably have a perfect world. We’d all feel so fulfilled in ourselves and our lives, that only peace and generosity could extend from us out into the rest of the world – and vice versa. But instead, most of us have to work at it. And so we are here – to provide support, guidance and resources in your own personal journey toward self love. You may have to work at it, but it’s a journey I can guarantee you’ll be grateful for taking in the end – and I will be here through both the bumpiest parts of the road, and the parts where you get to fly – both stroking your hair or jumping up and down and cheering for you the whole way. I will understand you when you fall, and see the brilliance in you whether you’re still down, or you’ve begun to soar again
I work with an array of ages – from pre-teens to adults in their late years of wisdom, individuals, couples, parents/children and business partners. It’s never too early or too late to develop the tools I teach, nor a sense of self that can be carried over into your entire life.
Everything you find on this site will help you figure things out in three different areas of your life – relationships, your physical health/wellness, and career. Our journey toward owning/experiencing our emotions, living authentically, becoming whole and fulfilled is generally driven by a desire to live a better life in those three areas. And yet it all comes down to one thing - yourself. So whether your journey is to find balance and fulfillment in any of these areas of your life; or whether it is simply to love yourself and be happy in your own skin, you’re in the right place.

In order to thrive in these three areas, I’ve designed what I consider the main paths to wholeness. Though, as a life coach I’m here to guide you through anything that’s important to you, the paths to wholeness are my main areas of expertise, and what I believe will bring anyone to having better physical health, more money, success, and fulfilling, yummy relationships. When you’re there, living in complete and utter knowing of your perfection as a human being, and the awesomeness of your life, you’ll be grateful for the “work” you put in, and the journey in getting (and remaining) there. I’m convinced it’s the best way to live, and I want to help you get there!
